Last night I got to hang out with my 6 year old nephew. I call him nephew because there is no other one word explanation of our relationship. He is my husband’s step-brother’s girlfriend’s child from a previous relationship. So, nephew it is. (I also have a niece via the same relationship as he has an almost 3 year old baby sister).
We ate chips and popsicles, played in a sandbox, played frisbee and ball and watched some Spiderman. Then we went for a walk to get some ice cream, which he proceeded to wear as a beard. So cute.
I have really been enjoying my vacation time. But my allergies have been going nuts! My eyes are so itchy and watery. My left eye is pretty much crying all the time. I hate to say it, but I wish for some rain!
